As GlobalServe's VP Practice Manager - Americas, Tom provides sales and pricing support and delivers process driven design solutions for GlobalServe's multinational customers. Tom joined GlobalServe with deep domain knowledge in global procurement, vendor management and supply chain management. Tom's experience in supply chain consulting and as a senior executive for several Fortune 200 companies where he managed procurement and logistics, call center, BPR/BPO and operational groups. Additionally, Tom is an experienced entrepreneur and served on an executive team that successfully converted a global money transfer company from a private to a public company listed on the NYSE. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers.
