Full Biography
Jessica joined GlobalServe in 2001. As Director of the Global Customer Services Operations, Jessica, develops, directs, and shapes GlobalServe’s customer service strategies and drives process to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and supplier performance on a global basis. Jessica manages an international 24x7x365 support operations center which handles all customer acquisition management and service and support IT transactions on a world-wide basis. Jessica graduated St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Communication.
