System Integrators are constantly challenged to deliver against global procurement and service management requirements. In many instances SIs leverage a significant in country presence. However there remains a delta of delivery mismatch against customer requirements in certain geographies. It is here that GlobalServe steps into the proposition by carefully supplementing the SI’s capabilities and providing the end customer with a seamless end to end solution against their disparate geographical requirement.

Our approach is very simple. We have a global capabilities matrix that defines our presence and capabilities in over 150 countries. We make available this capability to our SI partners under a formal program. The program assures the SI partner with certain metrics and engagement processes upon GlobalServe receiving some revenue visibility and commitment. The metrics are around service levels, costs and capabilities. The engagement process lays out the specifics on how these capabilities can be leveraged under a single SI umbrella. The end result for the SI is a comprehensive capability deliverable to their end customer around defined metrics and commercials under a single SI brand. In addition the SI has the ability to realize a commercial incentive through a discounted SI plan based upon in-bound volume. This results in giving the SI the ability to deliver globally against customer requirements without having to make significant investments in people and infrastructure, yet realize tremendous capability and commercial benefits.
