Capturing the deep knowledge base that exists within the GlobalServe family was a strategic effort. Towards this end GlobalServe developed and enhanced its MIS systems around process/project development and management, supply chain management and catalog management. Additionally, we implemented a Live Chat functionality that enables our customers to communicate directly with knowledgeable staff 24x7x365, around a broad spectrum of issues.
